Two Wheeler Parking At Khadki Railway Station Premises — Parking charges

At khadki railway station parking charges printed on the receipt is rs. 5 for 6 hrs. But the person on duty always demands higher money then printed. If i refuse to pay more then he starts using abusive language and threaten of damaging the vehicle and much more. He says "ja jisko complaint karna he kar de" this has happened many times. What to do?
