Type And Earn — fraud company

I received a similar call from a no asking me to do the type and earn job and they they texted me on phone with a message i. E.
1. 800 forms in 7 days
2. 90% accuracy must (720 forms must be correct)
3. No registration cost
4. Only one system
5. No multiple ip
6. No continuous logins
7. If work incomplete or below 90% accuracy, have to pay software maintenance cost
8. Per correct form 25/-inr

I filled up their form and somehow i was not able to complete the job in given period of time. Then i received another call exactly after a week and they said that you have not completed the work so you have to pay 4509rs as penalty or else we will take legal action against you.

At first i got really concerned that how would i be able to pay such a big amount as i am a student then i thought checking out authenticity of this company and i found that there are more such people like me who have been fooled by this fraudulent company.
So i just wanted to ask that do they really take legal actions or is it a fake??
