Type Jobs — forcing to pay penalty

Hi, last week i had applied for part time type job in "atype jobs" company but after looking at their reviews and complaints on them in consumer forum., i came to know that this is a fraud company which forces the people to complete the work within a week.
If someone was not able to complete the work they ask the penalty of rs. 6000 as their data loss. Now i am a student how i can gave them money and they are saying they will take legal action against me. Please help me from this problem and be aware from these type of agencies..
