Type Jobs — fraud company

I got a call on 29th march saying that there was a company called type jobs giving part time job of form filling which was work from home based. So they said they would be giving 800 forms to fill in 1 week span, but due to some health issues i was not able to complete my work. Now they are sending messages and emails stating that i have a penalty of 6000 to be given to type jobs for the loss i have done to them. Firstly it was an amount of 4000 stated in the agreement paper and now they are saying 6000. I even called them and asked about there office address but they continuously changed the address. Now they have lodged a case in tis hazari court telling me to attend and i dnt even know how a surat based company lodged a complaint in delhi court, and even after searching about the lawyer in the tis hazari court panel i was not able to find him. I am totally helpless and don't know what to do as i am a student and doesn't know much about all legal stuffs and also i don't have such a huge amount to give to them. Please help...
