Type Tech — About fraud

I am complaining about type tech a freelance company which provide data entry home base work .I start a work with an agreement that after 90 % accuracy they are paying me a salary otherwise I have to pay a panely of rs 6300.
After finishing my work they told me that my work is 90 % wrong and asking me for panelty then l pay the panely.
After paying the panelty they told me they told me that you have yo take a NOC then you to pay 11000 .
They are saying me that if you are not paying this we are raising a legal action against you.
