Typingwork.in — Fraud they demanding for Penalty amount as I did not complete the work.

Before 7days I got the call for a TypingWork company from Surat. They offered me work of typing 35rs. per form. And need to fill 700 forms within 7 days. But because of some Medical emergency I was unable to find the forms. Now I am getting calls from them I breach the contract so I need to pay Penalty money I denied so they threlating me they filled a case against me in Surat session court I denied to pay anything. Now I got massage from the of case filling. E.g.
M/S. RAJNISH KUMAR JHA YOUR LEGAL CASE ID UL/72916E IS GOING FOR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. KINDLY HIRE A LAWYER AND GO FOR FURTHER PROCESS. WE AT TYPING WORK ARE GOING WITH LEGAL PROCEEDINGS UNDER SECTION 73, 74, 75, IN THE INDIAN CONTRACT ACT, 1872. DUE TO VIOLATING THE CONTRACT. CALL FOR MORE DETAILS +91 [protected],
AS DISCUSSED YOUR CASE ID HAS BEEN GENERATED AND CASE HAS BEEN REGISTERED IN THE SURAT SESSION COURT. YOU WILL BE UPDATED ABOUT THE CASE THROUGH MESSAGE AND NOTICE.

But I will not pay a single amount please suggest me someone I am doing right or wrong.

i am also facing same problem brother.But don't worry this com is totally fraud so it can not do anything legally against us.Please all the victims must complain in cyber cell.

so why i paid that amount.
this is fraud company they cheat with all job seekers in pandemic situation

I also got the same kind of mail/message from this typing fraud company.

I asked them to send the copy of legal agreement signed. I also asked them to show those rules & regulations . Bt they have no proof for what they are claiming.

Sir, I had received a call on 07-Aug-2020, my work could not be completed by the complete target date, then May called me and said, give 2000 rupees, then your website will be opened for one day, then send 2000 rupees to its account. sed then after completing the work, gave it to him on 16-AUG-20, then he is saying that two rupees of 6000 have come on you.
