Hi consumer team,
A week ago, i got a call from unknown number for typing work - hone based work and we talked 1-1.5 mints maximum and asked one is proof and email id and she disconnected the phone without giving complete info (I. E. Process, dummy work and payment procedure) then she pinged me on whats app. I have shared one i'd proof and email id. Then she dropped me a link and login credentials (Which i wasn't aware) to sign up with my detail and digital signature and i signed up successfully. After doing this, neither i have received any necessary information from their end for whole day. Second day, i contacted on whats app and she shared a video and said "do start the work" then i had asked her in whats app to provide necessary details then she said me to contact customer care and i called them and customer care saying contact to first person who called you, they didn't provide any details. And again, i called that lady then she was rounting to customer care and she is saying you will get a call 1-2 days for payment regarding. But i didn't get yet. Finally i raise an email for payment/error leavage etc. Then there is also rounting to customer care. They did want to give in written. Finally i decided, not to do. "even whenever we go to a company to do a job then employer provide appointment/salary details. So here how can we start the work when we do not know". And now they are saying they will take legal action against me if you do not pay 6000 to his/her account. And now i'm afraid of my i'd which i've given.
Please assist.
