Same thing happened with me. A person named as Karen called me and said the same things.. He also sent digital agreement to me. I have completed cutoff forms as by completing the Cut off I am eligible for payment it is written in agreement now they are demanding for 9500 as extension amount. I had said them to deduct amount from my salary. They refused and forcing me for payment. After being completing cut off they are not paying me my salary instead they are asking for money they said to deposit amount within 2 hours and if not paid they said they will terminate my ID and they homie terminated my ID..i said them that after verifying in police station I will pay payment aftr that they are not hearing anything.. Sending mails only What to do..

Same thing as happened with me also.I had created a profile in quikr job to find a home based part time job and they have contacted me and offered the job .After verification call they had send me an agreement letter .And i started working .Later i found that the stamp paper in which they have send me the agreement letter is fake.I enquired about the gst number and website ID of the company and they said me that since it is a franchising company they dont have any gst number.
Please take necessary action.

I am also complaining against UT enterprise, Kulthanwadi, aurangabad, maharashtra. I also applied for data entry jobs from home through quicker side. Then i received many calls and mails for working. They made a agreement but due to my sister's surgery I asked them I want to quit work. They said I can quit after 2 days. I waited . After 2 days I mailed them about quitting work. They said no. I completed the work and submitted the work. Then on submission it showed Your QC report failed. Then from that I am continuously asking the reason but they aren't responding to that .
Still they are mailing & calling me for payment and take a legal action.Some advocate called me and email and messaged me they are filing case against me. So please

No need to worry to such online jobs they cannot take legal action against ull so if any problem mail me I'll take legal action against them [protected]@hotmail.com

Until ull people keep quite they will go on fooling people so please give me all legal documents what there cheats have provide ull so that they wont fear any other people for money

hi i am from a simple middle class girl working in chennai who is not aware of any such fake work from home jobs and never heard of it.

I was short of money and thought of working extra. so, i applied online so that i can find some work from home jobs.

I got a call and there is a girl name Zoya who sent me few documents for agree on and 1500 forms were assigned to me to complete in 10 days.

i completed the work and cross checked twice to make sure there is no mistake since the demand was to submit the work without any mistake.
I am pretty much sure that i had no mistakes in my work and worked day and night to finish the work and submitted.

The next day i called the help line number given to me for UT enterprise, people were not responding properly at all then i sent email to help line id and got a reply that my QC report failed.
i also got an email that i have to pay certain amt as agreed to avoid any kind of legal action against me.
That time i had only 17000 in my account and i was asked to pay 22000 because i did not pay the initial amount on time.

To avoid any legal action i paid 17000 to UT enterprise. I am not sure whether it is anything genuine or not but i got some NOC email from some advocate email id.
Now, I am still getting calls that i have to pay rest of the amount only then i will get my salary otherwise they will be sending someone with a legal notice to my address to ask for money.
Also i am not allowed to get a passport and getting the message from ARB stating that my due is pending under section 420 IPC and section 12 of contract act.

Please some body help me i am in lot of trouble already i paid everything i had.

Mery sath bhi aisa hi huva hai. UT enterprises say mai bhi part time job karta tha. sabhi kam pura karkey diya hai. per un logo ka kahna hai aapka QC report failed a raha hai. Isliye aapko 4500/- pay karna padeyga. Nahi to legal notice ka samna karna padega.
Unkey advocate ka bhi phone aya tha unoney paise bharo nahi to legal notice aapkey address per bhej denge.
