UAN — Not able to download my passbook from UAN Portal

UAN passbook download works sometimes on Saturday/Sunday. It has some kind of office/weekday sickness. Enjoy :)

Hello Sir, My name is Venkata Ramana Murty and currently I am working in CRPF . MY UAN number is[protected] and my account number is AP/HYD/0035619/000/0000036 . After login to the UAN portal I am not able to download my passbook. It is showing error "Member Passbook Not available." When i am sending a mail to this ID [protected]@epfindia.gov.in they are continuously giving two types of reply. 1: Please recheck. Your passbook is available on the UAN portal, otherwise send your UAN with password to check at our end. 2: Please check after some time. Hi I am also trying to download my passbook since April 2016 Last time I was able to download on 15th march 2016. I am still trying but it just always says member passbook not avalilable, and sometimes Heavy traffic on server issue.

I want to transfer my PF from last account to new one, but I want to know the balance of both the accounts first, and I also not getting any messages from EPFO with I used to get earlier for PF depostis.

Even I was facing the same problem, try viewing or downloading passbook using Chrome. I had issues with Firefox.

The website is not robust. It is inconsistent. Most of the time it does not let you download the passbook. Disappointing!.

I am getting the same message as "member passbook unavailable" ... I have sent an email, there was an automated reply, (no reply email acknowledgement), no Ticket number or nothing.
I see here the posts are there for quite long time, anyone really works ?

The UAN site is disgusting!! I dont know who is the developer for this site, pathetic state... Whoever has developed this site please start working in some other field, may be daily labor like goundi or house help or coolie...

As someone mentioned, I was able to download the same on Sunday, was not able to download it on any other day for many months. Every time after clicking on the Download Passbook link, it would take some time and then just say "Passbook not available" or something similar. I tried across Firefox and Chrome browsers.

Its really embrassing to UAN team that site is not working.Millions of guys are not able to view or download the passbook and this is the situation since last 4-5 months.Shame on you.

Hi all, now UAN web site is working, please check with 'https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/'. But the thing is we need download passbook from different website 'http://112.133.230.60:9098/MemberPassBook/Login.jsp'. after long time this web site is working.

Hi Ramesh, The link 'http://112.133.230.60:9098/MemberPassBook/Login.jsp' wont recognise UAN Number & Password. It seems the epfo maintained websites are not updated regularly or maintained properly. It seems no one is officially reviewing it.
