Uc Solutions — payment issues

I was given the work of data entry for filling 1000 forms that contained an image with data which were to be copied in the respective fields.
After getting the qc report after final submission, the fields that were filled correctly show red, incorrect status.

Also, i was held liable to pay 5, 200 inr as utility and maintenance fees for incorrect/unsuccessful submission.

I paid the above-stated amount as i was threatened using legal terms. Moreover, after making the payment they further demanded 7, 600 inr stating the reason that i made the payment after the specified time slot. However, i haven't paid the latter amount as advised by one of the company's executive.

I would like to get the qc report verified in addition to the refund of the money i paid
