UCO Bank — amazon refund not sent my account

My refund from amazon which refund reference no.[protected] of amount 159.00 and it is issued on 9 aug 2019 has not been credited to my account, so far. So please look into the matter, i have ordered a item worth 159 through uco amazon pay upi account no. [protected] at uco bank chlikana sultanpur, 247231, as it is almost one week to reflect amount in my account as i am keep checking my mpassbook.
So please sort this out at the earliest.
