UCO Bank — delay in death claim

We have 3 jewel loan account at uco bank mogappair, chennai branch under the name of my mother who passed away a year before and as a legal hire we went to the branch multiple times for death claim formalities and submitted every documents which were requested. We were informed that the jewel will be returned to us post formalities within 15 days and further stated that they will call us on when to collect the jewel. It's been more than couple of months since we submitted the requested document for the claim but we still did not get any update on the claim status and every time we call the branch we were informed that it is with the zonal office for approval. We told them our financial crisis as how desperate are we in need of that jewels multiple times but still there is no response. Its worst bank ever. Worst customer service and no proper response on anything.
