[Resolved] UCO Bank — Didn't get back my refund.

Sir/mam, My name is subhasree Das . I have paid an amount of Rupees 1742.75 to Pharmeasy through amazon UPI ( which is connected to my UCO bank) on 23/11/2020 . Afterwards I returned a part of this order due to some personal reasons on 30/11/2020. Refund for ₹ 1658.43 was initiated on the same day i.e[protected]. But the amount still hasn't reflected in my account. Amazon sent me this REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER[protected] and told to contact customer care. I contacted UCO customer care and they told me that I have to visit my branch account. How is this possible in such a pandemic? So I implore you to kindly look into it as it is urgent for me. Hi, sir
My name is k pragathi.I have paid an amount of rupees 1599 for a trolley bag at Amazon use my bank card ( Uco bank) on 5/9/2021. Afterwards I returned a part of this order due to some reason on 8/9/2021.refund for rupees 1599 was initiated on the same day. But the amount still hasn’t reflected in my account.Amazon sent me this refund reference number and told to contact Uco customer care . Please solve my problem sir/madam please
