UCO Bank — didn't receive my money

Address: Mukundgarh, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan

Hello i am shruti soni. I ordered 24 products on flipkart. I order 12 pieces of shirts and 12 pieces of jeggings. I returned whole order because of quality issue. The total amount of the product is 8124 but i received only 2152 and the remaining amount 5972 didn't received. It's a humble request to you please check why didn't received my money. It will be so kind of you.
