Desale I take a amount of 35487 in my account reference id is[protected] but amount is not add in my account so please check the refrence id in your cosutomer care and please solve my problem I am trying your costomer care no since last 10 days but no one attend my call this ammunt ids given by amazon.in my account the company says transaction was done by us but amount can not be transfer in my accunt please take action immediately and plesase dispute my money in my account. It has been 12 days already. Kindly transfer my amount in respected account immediately

Last 4th feb I payment wbsedcl bill Rs.1201.
But bill was not submitted at wbsedcl so they refund my payment but your bank don't refund my payment in my account.

I ordered a FEGSY Adjustable Knee Cap Support Brace on 02 Feb 2023 and money is Debit and then I cancel the order on next day and they initiate my refund but didn't recieved in my bank account till yet. I talk both to bank and Amazon customer care but it didn't work.
