UCO Bank — money not refunded

Address: Mansarovar, Jaipur, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302020

My name is akash jain and i have refund related issue. Here are the details:

Arn (Reference) number:[protected]
Refund date: 3 jan 2020.
Refund amount: rs.1077/-
Bank: uco bank

Its been many days since the refund has been issued. Myntra has already processed my refund amount and gave me arn number for reference. But still my bank has not refunded the money. I have contacted the myntra customer care and they told me that they have processed the amount from their side. Any help would be appreciated.
