UCO Bank — problem getting refund

Address: Ranchi, Jharkhand

My account number is [protected] and branch ifsc code ucba0000196. I did online shopping but the product was not good so i return that product but the refund was not add in my account. The e commerce company told that they initiated the refund 28june with a reference number[protected]. It has been already 23 day. Kindly transfer my amount in respacted account.
