UCO Bank — refund dispute

Sir my ifsc code is ucba0000338.. The refund amount is 1022.. Amazon has send me the refund reference number - 157992.. The transfer has been done by amazon to my uco bank account on 19-08-19 but it’s not showing yet in my uco bank account.. Please check why refund is not yet completed.. Kindly check and update my refund amount.. I am not getting any right response from the bank and amazon company

I have filed a complaint here. But I have not got any response yet about my refund of 1022 in my uco bank account. My reference number is 157992. And this refund has been done by amazon but this refund is not shown in my account yet
