I ordered a product from amazon on 29th march 2018 for rs 1029 feom my uco bank account and returned it. Amazon claims that they have refunded the bank and provided me with a reference id:[protected].
I went to the bank but the bank says they have not received any refund from amazon. I called amazon customer service they say that the refund is issued to the bank. It's been over a year since this took place. Please note and do the required

I had shopped a product which cost was 799 from Amazon by COD. Due to some issue I returned product. And Amazon has intiated amount on 16th September. But still I have not received amount.
