[Resolved]  UCO Bank — refund not received after 15 days

My name is sunil kumar my account in uco bank under account number[protected] and ifsc code ucba0001096. I done transaction of rs 500.75 on 27th september 2019 to amazon.in but due to some delivery issues parcel not delivered to me. So amazon initiated a refund request on 2nd october 2019 and give me a refund reference #[protected]. I call bank after 5-6 days of refund initiated but bank denied such type of refund. Then i call to amazon customer care they said to me raise a charge depute.

I am not receiving refund until now 17 october 2019 there are 15 days after refund initiated.

I am attaching copy of mail through which amazon give me refund reference number.
