I have taken admission in one of the course o[censored]FABER EDUTECH (UPSC PATHSHALA) online.
They promise me to support me in my preparation for civil service examination by providing excellent training, Good Mentorship, study materials, online videos etc with good quality. They are not providing good quality of service which they promise.
I have purchase the course on 2nd August2022.
I have taken loan and paid the full fees.
I have paid rupees 80000 to them in which I paid them rupees 16000 in cash and taken loan of rupees 64000 and paid them.
But they did not provided the same quality of service which they promise to me.
I requested many time but they not responded to me appropriately. sometimes they become rude.
I got mental and emotional harrassment because of it.
it damage my prepation and well being.
I have requested refund but not getting any response.
Hence i am filing complaint on them.
Pls help me to file complaint and getting refund of my fees AND comensation which occurs due to such harassment.
