[Resolved]  UGVCL — Regarding online bill payment to UGVCL

My Customer No for UGVCL : [protected]

I have made online bill payment to UGVCL using it's official website on 8th July 2021. My online transaction was successful and it's gave me success status along with appropriate transaction number and money also get debited from my credit card.

But when I checked the last bill payment status just after two weeks of my online payment on UGVCL site it's still showing as pending. When I contacted UGVCL office by phone they are not giving any satisfactory reply and saying bill payment is not showing in their system too. I also send them all the details of transaction and credit card statement for my bill payment through Email but still they have not responded to me.

I tried all the possible way to solve my bill payment issue but UGVCL people but they are not helping at all.

I doubt whether there are any fraud is going on in name o[censored]GVCL for payment website..??
Why this people are not helping to the customer like me to solve the simple issue..?
In this Corona situation everyone going for online transaction to avoid manual intervention but UGVCL is not helping to their customer even if it's a government entity...!!

I urge. Please help me and all the people like me who are doing online transaction for paying UGVCL bill for smooth work and provide appropriate long term solution from UGVCL team.
