Uhome Private Limited — hotel payment done but denied accommodation

I have booked accomodation in the Uhome hotel private limited in Chennai Egmore.
First he was demanding extra money to give the same accomodation which i had booked citing silly reasons.
Later he denied accomodation after 4 hours of arguments citing unavailability of rooms to just make me suffer.
Later the hotel receptionist started discriminating me with other guests.
Also I find the hotel charging different prices for different people and with differnt rates.
