Ulimtae Vision Laser Centre — Non delivery of the product purchased

I visited the Croma (Centre Square, Vadodara) store on 29th April 2023 (Saturday) evening and purchased Symphony Air Cooler by paying with Credit card. (Order number: SOA[protected]. Since the fresh piece was not available, the sales person (Ms. Jalpa) told that it was delivered on Monday at the address taken. The transaction was done, payment done. But no delivery on Monday. When today on inquiring on Customer Care number, it is informed that it was a self pick up and it was already picked up on the day it was purchased.
