Ulundurpet Expressways Pvt Ltd — toll amount two times collected

Address: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600071

I was travelling 24/12/2019 from chennai towards madurai. While coming to vikravandi toll plaza i have gone via cash lane. The amount collecting person purposely entered my vehicle number into fastag and deducted from fastag account and he asked amount cash as well. my vehicle number is tn07 bh 0586.

Would you please take action and i need refund amount.
