Umbrella Development B.v. — Deposit amount was not created to my 4rabet account

I was transferred 3000 rupees to my 4rabet account but the amount was not created to my 4rabet account. I was transferred the amount in the date of 12th October 2022, but it was not created. I was trying to connect with support system agent but the nonsense agent was not interested to solve my problem. They are not giving any reply. After a long time the support agent was just said that your problem was solved very soon, but it was not solved.4rabet app have no interest to customer problem. If my money will not give me back then I will take legal action against the 4rabet. Mind it.
