AC Room — billing of non used ac room

I booked a AC room on dated 31.05.2013 and check out the room on dated 02.06.2013. AC of room was not working and I complaint to Manager, but he not gave response to the my complain and during this period I have not use of AC,when I check out the room he charged me of AC room rent. When I ask and discuses with manager then he warned me and threat me and I have to paid AC room rent without using AC room. Due to this I have mentally pressure and suffered from high depression. Now I want justice against this complain .
