[Resolved]  ARH TOURIST HOME ERNAKULAM — About room and and billing

Sir We stayed at ARH Tourist Home SRM Road Ernakulam during 20th and 21st of July 2013. Since we are on Official tour, while vacating the room we asked for the original bill which is to be produced to our Office for settling the Tour TA/DA. But they have denied our request saying that the bill book was sent for getting the seal etc. and promised to send the bill by post within two/three days. We have not received the original bill even after 10 days inspite of our repeated request. On 21.08.2013 we received a computer print out (Scanned copy attached) for an amount of Rs. 538 including tax. As per their tariff the original room rent was Rs. 550/- per day and we paid Rs. 1100/- for two days. The bill they have sent is without any signature also. This indicates that they are cheating the customers and also the government. We are requesting to look into this matter and take action against the Lodge authorities.
