Bankim Medical Store/ Mineral Water — Overcharging by medical store for Bisleri mineral water

I was in Ranchi on 04.08.13. I approached Bankim Medical store near Ranchi Junction and asked for 1.5 liter Bisleri mineral water bottle. Shopkeeper asked me Rs. 28/- for this. I saidhim to charge only Rs. 20/- for this on MRP. But he refused to do so and talked rudely with me. He was charging Rs. 20/- for 1 litre bottle. I think this is a serious issue.
