Respected Sir,
I have purchased a vehicle Innova 2.5 G(E3) from BATRA BROTHERS (P) LTD Bye Pass Road Jammu Which is manufactured in Feb 2013. The vehicle is booked by me on 3rd March 2013 against bank draft and the same was on delivered on 7th March 2013 but my bad luck, the vehicle was being delivered to me after charging the enhanced rates only announced in Assembly for commercial vehicles on 1st March 2013
As my vehicle falls under manufacture date of Feb 2013, under engine no 2KD U240191 and chassis no. MBJ11JV[protected]~0213 bearing invoice no INV[protected], why should I pay extra amount of Rs 32,000. I also mailed the Batra Brothers on[protected] on [protected]@rediffmail.com but they didn’t respond. From looking here and there someone told me about the enquiry as send to company through this process.
Taking in view the above reasoning, I request you humbly to consider my case sympathically and oblige.
