[Resolved]  Brucke pharma private limited -Goregaon -w,Mumbai — Asking Return of consultancy fees Rs -10,000

The above said company had asked me to be a Marketing consultant for me in order to appoint Super Agent, Distributors,Including Sales team.
1 . I asked them please make an agreement between us , But the company did not make agreement and said all are by verbal only
2. In deed by given paper advertisement for the recruitment of sales team it may cost to company at least Rs 50,000 but it was stopped me and
Arranged myself alone and avoid the huge amount.
3. I offer and asked them my Marketing fees will be Rs 20,000 but they offer me only Rs 10,000 .
4. I assure them that the basic appointment of Super agents, Stockists, Distributors, job will be taken at least 30 to 40 days of time , this job is very
very hard job and it is not very easy among the highly competitive FMCG market .
They asked us and harass me with in 15 days of time , that they need urgently the said job has to be finished. i said it is not possible
100 % it take 40 days time to finish the job work.
5. They said and asked me To Return The Marketing fees Rs 10,000 i said this amount is my fees also i gave them plenty of Marketing
Papers and Plan, Strategies, etc then how can they claim ? please clarify ?
