Chennai Air Port — Chennai Airport - Exit Gate

I've been looted in Chennai Air Port Exit Gate for their delay, for 5 mins and 51 sec, they charged me 67 Rs. this their delay in the gate because of the exit gate car Que. when I explainned this to the most ugly person sitting in the booth didn't accepted by showing their attitude & verbal behavior by not opening the gate. They behave like rowdies, I was help less.
