Electricity board chandigarh — Excess bill

Hi,

I am tenant at # 5236/3, MHC, Manimajra, Chandigarh.
My is with reference to my electricity bill dated 09/06/2013. I have received a bill of amount Rs 5678. I have been regularly paying the electricity bill. I have consulted Chandigarh electricity board regarding this but they are saying bill has not been paid for last 7 months. Please someone look into this.
