This company is a fraud. I was searching for a movers & packers in Bangalore to shift my household goods to North India. Everyone had called me for quotes but I choose this so called company because I saw reviews of this company since 2010 and all were good review on Sulekha.com. This was a big mistake.

Lalit gupta gave me a quote on phone, not even visiting the site. On the day of packing the boys that came were very sloppy and poorly skilled. My first bad experience came when he said I should pay him cash and not cheque. I had earlier informed him that I wont pay in cash but only cheque. He was accusing me of lieing to him on the day of packing. I had to stop the work and had him come to my house. After an hour of fighting we decided that I will take insurance and had paid for it.

Good left my house and in 3 days it was on my door step. Only diff was, this guy started blackmailing me to pay him 4000 more, also he never took insurance for this consignment. I asked him for his TIN no. and also the truck driver for his details. It was then did the driver tell me that he was returning home empty truck and so he had agreed to take 4000 for transporting the consignment and that Lalit was just a guy who he knew.

After several hours I paid him 4000 and had the consignment unloaded only to find half the boxes damaged and a lot of boxes missing. Worst part, I had to unload all the household good myself as the driver and cleaner refused to do it. I tried explaining that I have paid for the unloading but he kept saying that he did not work for Gupta Relocations and so he was not responsible for anything.

I asked Lalit Gupta to produce documents to prove he actually was paying tax, but he could not. He does not hold a TIN no. and the one that he is showing is a fake TIN number.

I strongly advice you to not go with this guy even if you are reading this review after years. Go with someone who are registered body and have a legal stand, else you will be screwed like me.
