Sir,

I had subscribed to The Hindu newspaper from the above mentioned organization. The charges printed on the newspaper are Rs 5.00 for Sundays and Rs 3.00 for rest of the days which comes to around Rs 100.00. But the delivery boy was asking me to pay Rs 120.00. And when I inquired the agency owner about the extra Rs 20.00, he tried to justify it as delivery charges. I believe he is not authorized to level any extra charges beyond the printed price and so is indulging is an illegal practice by doing so. I have attached the snapshot of bill as evidence.
