Sub: One transaction billed Twice at MAX stores - Commercial Street - Bangalore- Karnataka.

I have been charged twice for single bill. As informed by MAX Counter executive that there was server problem and swiped the Debit card twice but i have received only single slip with double deduction of funds in my account.

I have checked with the bank it was deducted twice and also checked with MAX stores, Max said they will reimburse the extra amount to my account which was deducted twice, it will go to the suspense account and later it will be reimbursed in one week. I have not received any kind of reimbursement till date.

I have visited MAX stores almost thrice since last 3 Months, Nor they are bothered amount.


Request you to check in your account books and as well as CC TV and also I have signed only one receipt. Please acknowledge to the mail with proper solution at the earliest.
