This is with reference to telephonic call with your executive on 28.11.2012 at 11.45 am, regarding accepting my inability to become a member of your chutti pe chutti mega deal offer and to return the promotional offer gift. As per the above talk with your executive, I have sent the same promotional offer gift pack (Two wrists watches and one sunglass) of worth Rs. 9500/- approx through DTDC Courier Ltd. vide Consignment no. V10726756.Dated 28.11.12.The same has been also received by your office.(receipt attached)

I requested to revert back the unauthorized transaction amount of Rs.9041.42 dated 22.09.12 to my same SBI Credit card account.

I this regard email also sent to [protected]@megadeals.co.in. but still the amount has been not credited. SBI card also followup my case. Kindly cooperate in regard and do the needful at the earliest.
