I am a senior citizen.I have a railway smart card. Yesterday[protected] morning 9.00 a.m I had to urgently travel to Byculla from Mulund. The electronic system to dispense tickets through smart card was not functioning both at Mulund (East) and Mulund (West), The queue to buy tickets was very long. In view o[censored]rgency I had to travel without tickets for reasons known to you. The Ticket Collector at Byculla besides being rude was not prepared to listen to my genuine grievance. He charged me Rs. 200/=. I insisted on the receipt and have the same with me. I request you to reimburse Rs. 200/= charged fraudulently by the T.C after verifying from your sources whether the electronic machine was functioning both at Mulund (E) and Mulund (W) Mumbai. If I do not receive response from you I would be constrained to take up the matter with CONSUMER GRIEVANCE CELL. This is nothing but harrasement of a senior law abiding citizen. Trust I would receive a response from you. I have in my posession copy of the receipt fining me Rs. 200/=. Please do not take the matter caually.
