My Name is VIKAS JAIN. My father have a LPG connection of INDANE GAS with PAYAL GAS, 4 ISBT KASMERE GATE DELHI-110006.
NAME-SUSHIL KUMAR, CONNECTION NO.- KJ-21896.
On last month, Co. deliverd a old cylinder When my mother attach cylinder with regulater there was a leakage and sound of gas leaking.
when i complain this to distributer, 1st they denie to any help, when re-comlpaning many time they agery to check gas cylinder, after 8-10 days
when they send a mecanic to check gas cylinder, He says it is your fault to recevied an old cylinder, and just changing a cylinder wall rubber.
and giving a 70/- rs memo asking money saying it is chargable service.
It is company fault to deleverd a faulty cylinder.
