Ration Card shops are not issuing any material to the public Kesri card holders and whenever a person goes for some food grains from shop like sugar, rice or dal, they immediately tell (shop owner) that no goods have supplied though they get the essential commodities provided/sent to that shop for Ration card Holders.
Now for new forms for gas subsidy purpose when Kesri Ration card holders when approach ration vendor he charges each and every form Rs.2/- and if questioned he says that he will not give form. On the form nowhere it is written form fee Rs.2/- or anything. This corruption and making money by the Shop owner where we get our ration. In Malad east almost Ration Shops at Daftary Road etc. whoever is having Ration issuing authority they collect money if any form is asked everytime and from every person which is illegal.
