We have a new dealer at our apartment for groceries and other household substance. As we stay in outskirts of Chennai we have this RK Supermarket catering our daily needs. Now a days this guy regularly charges more than the MRP for the milk products. I have asked them why is it so and these guys replies we will sell it at this cost only. You want to take it take else do not buy from us. This is an unlawful trade practice under Section 2 (1) (r) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986,
I have got the cash memo and the products picture uploaded .
Kindly do the needful else such retailers should be banned from selling to customers. They do not have any right to sell at higher price than the MRP.

The retailer charges 15 rs for the product with mrp 13.50 rs and for the product with mrp 15.50 they charge 17 rs.
Also as per the govt. order they take extra money for the polythene bag which we take from them.
this is a serious violation and I want them to be cautious and not loot for the consumers.
