When we apply for new Gas connection/additional Gas cylinder we are forced to buy any of these following items( Gas Stove,Pressure Cooker,Kitchen accessories ,etc). This items are considered to be mandatory purchase when applying these items.This happens in most of the Gas agency and we are also paying Rs 30 as service charge for delivarying these Gas cylinder..
Most of the Lower and Middle class family are suffering and expecting to relief/resolution from any source.
Even the booked cylinder are delivered to different to parties for more cash and delayed to the actual customers.This happened in my case several days.
Expecting the government or some welfare organization to take action against these Illegal behavior/activities handled by the Gas Agency all over Chennai as far as am aware.
