Although i am holding SBI Credit Card since last two years but many a places this card could not be operated and many a places it was not accepted. However am paying the yearly charges for nothing. Moreover it was shocking that for CPP assistance without my concurrence they have deducted Rs1680.00 from my a/c. I do object for this transaction which was not agreed by me anywhere, anytime. Hence this charge should be reversed. You can cross check the Credit Card statement about my transaction details where not even Rs1680/- transaction was made in this Credit card then why should i be bothered for CPP @Rs 1680/ pa.
Pl organise to reverse the amount otherwise i will lodge a complain in customer complaint cell.

cpp assistance — Unauthorised Transaction
I have been charged Rs1287/- for purchase of CPP product without taking my permission. I have never authorized them to do this, even I have not bought this myself but still they have charged me, this is not good. Kindly refund my Money otherwise I will file a Case in Consumer Court.Thanks!!
