This complaint is about extra charges on Cold drinks charged by almost all shops in Guwahati. Even when I asked for a 2 litre normal bottle of soft drinks, they say whether it is cool or normal, it does not matter. The customer has to pay Rs. 2-3 extra. I call upon the concerned authorities to look into this matter at the earliest.
