Sree Durga Wines & Sree Venkateshwara wines at Old Alwal, Secunderabad — Liquor Charged more than MRP

Hi,

Since last few months, I am observing the Wine Shops (Sree Vijaya Durga Wines & Sree Venkateshwara Wines) located at Old Alwal, Near Indira Gandhi Statue are charging the Liquor Charges more than the MRP (Example: MRP price is Rs.95 for CarlsBerg Beer, but they are charging Rs.110, almost 15% extra).

Also they sell only 2 types of Beer (Tuborg & CurlsBerg), Beers like Budweiser & Kingfisher are not available, this situation is only since last few months. I really wonder if this has to do something with the Margin or Bulk purchase benefits.

Any way I just thought to bring this information to your notice and see if this is illegal then some action will be taken against these Shops.
