Hi Sir/ Madam,
I have purchased a Vodafone Simcard (M.P & Chattisgarh Circle) of Rs.70 from Lucky Mobiles, Ground Floor, Saugat Apartments, Govindpuri, Gwalior (M.P) on 18-September 2013 whose contact number is [protected]. The same got activated on the another night after completion of the verification process. The Mobile Shopkeeper said I’ll get 30Rs Talk time and may get SMS pack also with Lifetime validity. I have confirmed from other shops that the same simcard was around 30Rs so I believe he has taken around 40Rs more than the actual cost price. As he has promised me that I’ll get 30Rs talk time but received 19Rs as the whole amount and after contacting him he has recharged my number by Rs.10 which shows he has cheated me as it was not by the mobile company it was recharged by him. Now, my cell total balance is Rs. 26.90 which must be around 30Rs as per his commitment to me while purchasing the sim. He has not only looted me in terms of cost of the sim but also with the balance and now not interested to recharge it with complete amount which is nothing but lack of services offered. Also, need to mention here that sim is not of lifetime validity as per his words and it gonna be expire on 1st June 2023. I called him more than 15times today and most of the times he didn’t picked up the call and when he does he responded rudely and cuts down the call.
I want the actual balance for which the shopkeeper charged me 70Rs or I would like to get my money back which he has taken more from me.
The details of my number that I have purchased from this shop:
