My company own one Maruti Van which we use for our company work as we are in calibration field and we need to carry calibration equipments at site.
We use this van yesterday to transfer our guest luggage who was traveling to Canada as we were having a another small car where the space were not there for luggage. The MSE pvt limited charged us force fully Rs.300/-saying that this is commercial vehicle and entry to commercial vehicle to international airport is chargeable.However the the baggage was immediately unloaded. They were very rough in talking also.
I do not know what to do and from where to get justice. If any body can help please let me know..The receipt no. is 9326 dt.21/3/2013 @ 7.30 pm.
