TicketGenie/Ticket — Tickets booking was not confirmed but money was deducted from bank a/c

I have tried to book 2 tickets worth Rs.500 each for Pepsi IPL Opening nite 2013. I went to ticketgenie.in and made my selection and eventually completed my online card authorization for the cost of the tickets but the website did no take me back to ticketgenie.in for my ticket confirmation .They sent a massage that the same was not confirmed and they are sorry for the inconvenience.But When I checked bank statement, it was found that Rs1000 has been deducted from my Bank account. I tried to contact the call center of Ticketgenie but number does not work . I do not know where to complaint.Please help to recover the money
