Letter of Complaint - Cheating in the name of Human Rights by an individual P.Balasubramanian at Ganapathypalayam,Erode District


Respected sir,

I am constrained to draw your attention to the growing menace in the name of Human Rights by an individual in my locality Erode. I belong to
Ganapathypalayam.

There are many private parties who own the Human rights organization with different names, using the unawareness of the public mainly from
the remote areas and earning a huge sum of money.

There a so many in and around Erode, but to be noticed a organization named:

The Voice of Basic Human Rights (TVBHR), or
The Voice of Basic People Rights (TVBPR) - recently changed

The organisation owned by MR. P.Balasubramanian, he himself designated as a Chief Director of India. P.Balasubramanian is not even a
graduate, worked in oorkaval padai initially. His spouse is a government school teacher working in a nearby govt school.

The organization was registered in the name of The Voice of Basic Human Rights (TVBHR), but now functioning in the name of The Voice of
Basic People Rights (TVBPR).

He is collecting a life membership fee of Rs.2450 (A Class) , Rs.1500 (for General) from the public and ask them to refer someone and to join in his organisation.Like this he had collected a huge sum of money from the public and buyed several properties around his locality in his name / dependent names. His organization is solely maintained by himself alone, every issue is solved by himself and the victim has to pay through his bank account.

(1) Unaccounted money rolls in his hands , funds from foreign flows into his account, not a tax payee, not even a PAN card holder and most
importantly his organisation is not recognized by the State Human Rights Commission.

(2) Not properly maintained accounts, doesn’t have a legal advisor etc., for his organization.Hence it’s not a properly formatted organization.

He is making huge money on the advantage of the unawareness of the public about Human Rights...

These are the property details buyed by Mr.P.Balasubramanian, The organizer of TVBHR / TVBPR, Ganapathypalayam.

1) 25 acres of Land near Muthur, Erode District worth 40.5 lakhs.

2) 4 cents of Land near Erode worth 20 Lakhs.

3) 10 cents of Land near Ganapathypalayam worth 20 Lakhs.

4) 1000 grams of gold biscuits.

5) Cars of Lancer,Maruthi and Mahindra verito.

Source of income for all these are unaccounted money.He is collecting a bulk sum from the individuals for giving a position in his organization. (the amount varies from 50,000 to 1 Lakh) The source of income for all these properties are public money collected towards membership fee and towards giving a position in his organization. No accounts for these. cheating in the name of human rights by this individual. Plz check his Bank balance.

The Details provided in this mail are true , its had taken nearly six months for me to collect all these informations to make my complaint
genuine. No false informations are provided in this mail.
