During the month of Aug 13 I have face cheating experience o[censored]-fone when first I activate 603 sms package which valid for 14 days and forward 2500 sms to any local net work than PTA why remain silence when u-fone stop my package on Aug 20, 13 till Aug 20, 13 I have forward 1400 sms, therefore I have not utilize the quote of 2500 sms nor the end date comes than the stopping sms package is openly cheating practice, besides u-fone charges me around Rs.20.70 for sending sms Later I remain patience and again activation Aug 21, 13 sms package 603 for sending 2500 sms to any local net work and last 14 days but same cheating practice repeat and I have forward only 1276 sms around 51% of quota usage and stop sending on Sep 1, 13 plus charge me for sending sms Rs. 3.60 ( I got sms from U-fone on Sep 2, 13 ) I understand one thing sms package must start by consumers wish but always ends by cheater u-fone cell company wish. I have right to ask question from U-fone why charge me for sending sms when my package is not finish, it means u-fone have special permission to do cheating and when lodge complain to PTA than never fear, I have experience U-fone never reply or attend any complain which is company policy such trend is showing how they people are attending the consumers complain. What reasons PTA is awaiting and not taking the history from U-fone ( dates Aug 8 to Aug 20, 13 ) and ( Aug 21, 13 to Sep 01, 13 ) see how many sms I have send and question why additional charged from sms perhaps U-fone have special permission to charge the extra with its customers?
